The Seven of Pentacles.
Meaning according to Arthur Edward Waite- These are exceedingly contradictory; in the main, it is a card of money, business, barter; but one reading gives altercation, quarrels--and another innocence, ingenuity, purgation. Reverse: Cause for anxiety regarding money which it may be proposed to lend.
Notes: Those look like pumpkin leaves, and he seems to have a pretty bountiful crop on his hands but he's not satisfied with it. I guess this represents not being satisfied by wealth.
