The Queen of Cups.
Meaning according to Arthur Edward Waite- Good, fair woman; honest, devoted woman, who will do service to the Querent; loving intelligence, and hence the gift of vision; success, happiness, pleasure; also wisdom, virtue; a perfect spouse and a good mother. Reverse: The accounts vary; good woman; otherwise, distinguished woman but one not to be trusted; perverse woman; vice, dishonour, depravity.
Notes: I don't really like how Waite uses the face cards to represent actual people but I guess this one is about wisdom and clear vision, perhaps gained by drinking from the cup?
