The Three of Swords.
Meaning according to Arthur Edward Waite- Removal, absence, delay, division, rupture, dispersion, and all that the design signifies naturally, being too simple and obvious to call for specific enumeration. Reverse: Mental alienation, error, loss, distraction, disorder, confusion.
Notes: I think delay is a fitting term for this; as in you thought things were going one way but NOPE! Your heart sinks and now you realize you'll need a new plan.
