The Seven of Swords.
Meaning according to Arthur Edward Waite- Design, attempt, wish, hope, confidence; also quarrelling, a plan that may fail, annoyance. The design is uncertain in its import, because the significations are widely at variance with each other. Reverse: Good advice, counsel, instruction, slander, babbling.
Notes: Looks like some more looting. Looty-Loo: Part Two. I guess the difference here is that the looter is a good guy. Guerrilla looting. Guerrillooter.
