Meaning according to Arthur Edward Waite- Attraction, love, beauty, trials overcome. Reversed: Failure, foolish designs.
Notes: This one's meaning is nice and straightforward. As for the art, the two figures are Adam and Eve, and they each get a tree. Eve's tree is the Tree of Knowledge, and according to Waite's book, "The Pictoral Key to the Tarot," Adam's tree is supposed to have twelve fruit on it, but it sure looks like twelve fires to me.
