The Three of Pentacles.
Meaning according to Arthur Edward Waite- Métier, trade, skilled labour; usually, however, regarded as a card of nobility, aristocracy, renown, glory. Reverse: Mediocrity, in work and otherwise, puerility, pettiness, weakness.
Notes: A card for skilled labor is cool. The added aspect of it being associated with nobility seems unnecessary for me, but patronage in general fits the idea.
