Meaning according to Arthur Edward Waite- Succor, providence, also war, triumph, presumption, vengeance, trouble. Reversed: Riot, quarrel, dispute, litigation, defeat.
Notes: I agree with Waite's view on this card meaning triumph, like the figure is going for a victory lap in his fancy chariot, but I also think of it as a method of transpiration and may symbolize something coming to you or bringing you somewhere. I also must say I love this dude's armor, especially the moon spaulders.
