Meaning according to Arthur Edward Waite- Hidden enemies, danger, calumny, darkness, terror, deception, error. Reverse: Instability, inconstancy, silence, lesser degrees of deception and error.
Notes: I sort of agree with Waite here. I think of the moon as secretive and hidden power. Sort of in a stealthy and unsuspecting way; a subtle power like the tides.
